Privacy of On-line Order Information: The information collected during the order process is for billing and shipping purposes ONLY. We will use this information to process an order, contact a customer with order problems and ship an order to a customer. We use PayPal Merchant Solutions to collect web site payments as well as issue refunds and credits. A PayPal account is NOT neccessary when purchasing from out site. All financial information is stored securely using 128 bt SSL encryption. When entering sensitive information (ie. credit card numbers, billing address, etc. ) the browser lock icon will become locked or secure. Customer Email addresses submitted during the order process will be submitted to the courier (eg. US Postal Service, FedEx) with the sole purpose of notify the customer of tracking and delivery information. Information submitted to these parties should not be used for any other purpose as per the user agreements.
Privacy of Email List Information: Our email list can only be joined voluntarily. We do not add email addresses to our list that have not chosen to do so on-line or have contacted us with a desire to join the list. We will not sell or share this list. Bulldog International will take steps to protect all customer information, but can not be held responsible if these efforts prove unsuccessful. In the event that Bulldog International or UnchainedGuitars.com is sold or merges with another entity, members of the Email list will be contacted with an option to be removed from the list before it is transferred to the new owners.
Return Policy: UnchainedGuitars.com is committed to customer service and satisfaction. We would like your shopping experience with us to be a pleasant one. Please read our return policy below carefully. While your satisfaction is important to us, we will strictly enforce our published return policies. If, upon receipt of your order, you are not satisfied with the item. we will accept returns assuming the item has not been used or damaged. Refund will be issued for Item price (not shipping costs). Send an email to orders@unchainedguitars.com to request a Return Authorization Number before sending anything back. Packages returned without a RA# are likely to be refused.
